This Plaza Towers project was a complete interior makeover that included kitchen and bathrooms. Coordination with building management and maintenance personnel is critical to the success of high-rise projects. Following building rules and scheduling elevator use are essential. (1)

This project in a mid-rise building on Juniper Street combined two loft units into one large floor plan. It included remodeling three bathrooms and the kitchen and included custom built-ins and all interior finishes. Having a predetermined plan for parking and material delivery is especially vital on urban projects. (2)

At "Above the Four Seasons," Cruickshank Remodeling helped fulfill a client's dream of having a beautiful furniture quality cherry floor. Installed as a nail-down floating floor over a layer of cork, this floor reduced sound transmission between units. (3)

High-Rise Renovation. The total remodel of this 1,607-sq.-ft. home included a new kitchen, two and a half bathrooms and a great room with extensive built-ins.

Midtown High-Rise. The original condo was built in 1992. This renovation started as an insurance project resulting from a leak above the unit. The flooring was replaced, both bathroom were updated, and the island countertop and kitchen backsplash were replaced with more decorative modern selections.
