At "Above the Four Seasons" Cruickshank helped fulfill a client's dream of having a beautiful furniture quality cherry floor. Installed as a nail-down floating floor over a layer of cork, this floor reduced sound transmission between units.

This Plaza Towers project was a complete interior makeover including kitchen and bathrooms. Coordination with building management and maintenance personnel is critical to the success of high-rise projects. Following building rules and scheduling elevator use are essential.

This project in a mid-rise building on Juniper Street combined 2 loft units into one large floor plan. It included remodeling 3 bathrooms and the kitchen and included custom built-ins and all interior finishes. Having a predetermined plan for parking and material delivery is especially vital on urban projects.

On this Brookwood Hills townhouse, Cruickshank remodeled both second floor bathrooms. We came back subsequently to repair storm damage after the house was struck by a falling tree.
