Poorly designed projects often have different materials randomly "crashing" into each other. Our trained eyes "see" the dozens of details to consider for each renovation.
That's why we begin by listening to what is important to you. We take lots of notes. Then, as we develop your project we pay close attention to the various construction methods and materials that will support your values. Our Scope of Work document is full of these details in addition to the construction materials and method specifications.
Our goal is to have the job figured out prior to beginning construction. This way we both to know exactly what the project will cost. It also lets our production team of carpenters and trades people work as efficiently as possible.
